Leading While Female
Have you ever encountered difficulties in advancing your career or in seeking a work-life balance as a female?
If yes, well then, you are not alone. I’ve been there myself as a management consultant and as an entrepreneur.
I know firsthand the structural issues women face in asserting themselves while working in a male-dominated setting. I was fortunate to have terrific mentors who guided me through these challenges. But I know not everyone is as lucky as I was.
To be part of the change, I am working on the formation of a mentor network helping female entrepreneurs and young professionals to advance their careers.
